Vital Statistics
The Vital Statistics Office processes the registration of all births,
deaths, marriages and civil unions that occur in Voorhees Township.
This page contains instructions and applications to obtain a marriage
license/certificate, civil union license/certificate, birth
certificate and death certificate.
Applications may be downloaded, completed and forwarded to us by mail
or submitted in person.
